Bob and Ryan came to the rescue when the big 4" cast iron drain pipe for my house broke.  The crack was in an awkward elbow inside the kitchen wall.  I was afraid they would have to take apart my kitchen cabinets.  They fixed it in no time and charged me less than what they had quoted.  

I also had them change my hot water heater.  Another plumber had told me that hot water heaters now require electricity, so I had to have an electrician add a circuit and receptacle.  Ryan pointed out that may be true of the Home Depot hot water heaters, he was able to get me one that satisfied the new government regulations without the hassle.  He put in a new valve and everything was done in a professional manner.

Don lives one street over from me.  I figured I ought to know a local electician, so I checked him out on Angie's List.  This guy has a zillion reviews on there and they are all raving about how wonderful he is.  I made friends with him and started mentioning his name to people.  He's the real deal.  Everybody loves him.
